Our Topic this half-term will be Festivals and Celebrations.

WEEK 2 of Colour Monster

This Week's learning: 

This week we will be continuing to read The Colour Monster.  We will be thinking about colour mixing.  We will be talking about our feelings.  The Colour Monster. 

On Wednesday, we will be doing PE.  In PE, we are going to be thinking about different ways we can move around the hall safely.  For example, jumping, jogging, skipping, hopping and so on.  

In Phonics, we will be learning to use musical instruments and having a go at learning to distinguish between different sounds and talking about sounds.    

Our Nursery Rhyme of the Week will be Santa Shark.  We continue to learn our Christmas songs.  

Number of the Week - 4

This week our number of the week is number 4.  We will be thinking about what the number is and how we can show it, using fingers, drawing and objects.  We will also be looking at Number blocks to help us.

Our Words of the Week is the word he and she.  

Library will be on Monday.  Please ensure your child has their orange reading book and their library book so we can change it.
