This week we will be learning about the story Owl Babies. 

This story is a fantastic opportunity to talk about when grown-ups leave us (i.e. for work etc.) but they come back to us.  Here is the link to our focus story: Owl Babies (Channel 4) (youtube.com).  This week we will be retelling the story in lots of different ways using props.  We will be creating our own owls using different materials.  

Our Word of the Week this week is the word many.  When we go on our walk this week,  we will talk about how we might find many sticks.  We will be using this word all week in different ways.  Please talk to your child about this word.
