Hi Nursery!

Our Topic this half term will be Ourselves and our Senses. 

This week we will be starting a book called Pants! by Giles Andreae and Nick Sharrott. This funny book about different coloured and pattern pants that are worn by many different animals is an enjoyable fun book that the children always love.  Here is a link - The Pants Story

We will be looking at lots of new descriptive language around pants and speaking to the children about our bodies and that our bodies belong to us.  We will be sharing this song - Talk PANTS with Pantosaurus

Our Nursery Rhyme of the Week will be Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.  Here is the link - Twinkle Twinkle Little Star with Mr Tumble

Our Word of the Week is the word stretch.  We will be using this word in lots of different ways for example, when we are talking about pants and playdough.  

Library will be on Monday.  Please ensure your child has their orange reading book and their library book so we can change it.
